The first hour is the rudder of the day.  It doesn't matter when you wake-up...try this before you open your eyes....STRETCH-IN-BED...lift one arm and begin by stretching each finger, then yoour hand, wrist then your whole arm, now move on to the other arm.  Now stretch your toes, feet, ankles and legs.  End with neck & back stretches that propel you out of bed.

OPEN THE BLINDS...natural light from the sunrise signals your brain to slows its melatonin production and boost cortisol, both of which tell your body to wake-up.

TAKE A BREATHER-MEDITATE...helps you set a peaceful tone right off the bat.

Focus on happy memories, exercise.

STAY TUNED...

Exercise on an empty stomach...etc.

Take a show, end with cold water...etc.

Dress down...etc.

Wake kids with a cuddle/hug...etc.

Turn on music...etc.
