SLEEP PROBLEMS...

POOR SLEEP: It's one of the most common problems people have, and it disrupts every part of your bain.  Nearly 40 per cent of all people  between the ages of 20 to 60 do not get a good night's rest, and the numbers are even higher the older we get due to a deficit of different neurochemicals.  Pills don't really work because nearly every drug disrupts the natural sleep cycles we need to go through at night.  Allergies, poor diet...
