THE GOLDEN RULE OF HABIT CHANGE...

Why transformation occurs...instill the right habits and you could win.

Champions don't do extrordinary things, they do ordinary things, but they do them without thinking.  Champions follow the habits they've learned.

ZE FORMULA to creating new habits, CHANGE OLD HABITS.  HABITS are a three step loop, the cue...the routine...the reward.  Remember it's easier to convince yourself to adopt a new behavior if there is something familiarat the beginning and the end.

You can never truly extinguish bad habits, but rather to change a habit, you must keep the old cue and deliver the old reward, but insert a new routine.
