My fabulous guest  is Eva Kihlstrom from Stockholm, Sweden. Eva is an author, journalist and professor who has spent years studying what makes people charismatic.

We will review examples of Martin Luther King and other charismatic leaders as Eva guides us to build our strengths in this area and how to get through with our innovative ideas. She will share ome ways you can be more effective uses pauses, metaphors, composing and delivering speeches.
