As a 17-year old, Jennifer Field was an Olympic hopeful. Her sights were set on world supremacy as an elite equestrian rider. She never even considered her championship life crumbling down. However, that's just what happened. Not only did an auto accident end her lifelong dream, but the subsequent traumatic brain injury left her in a dependent state, having to relearn to walk, talk, eat, . . .

Today, Jennifer is blowing the country away in a different arena. She continually spreads awareness with her tale of heroism, hope, and determination by speaking publicly, both on and off stages Furthermore, the author has admirably written her life's story, From Blue Ribbon to Code Blue, and hits home with a heavy dose of inspiration for all who read it.

Field has graciously agreed to join our loyal and first-time listeners. The episode will surely leave listeners with something that we all need, especially brain injury survivors--a jolt of self-confidence.
