This week's guest is Pete Leonard.

Pete Leonard is the Founder and Roast Master of I Have a Bean Coffee. He is the eldest of five, the father of four, the grandfather of two and the husband of one. Pete started his adult work life at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting where he spent 13 years in various technology roles. He left Andersen for a brief foray in sales before slipping back into technology with a couple of large companies. A few years later he kissed corporate life goodbye and started his first company. Three startups and a series of Divinely controlled events later, Pete is now living a roller-coaster life as the Founder and Roast-Master of I Have a Bean, a coffee roasting company with a unique and somewhat incongruous social mission. He is still married to his first wife.
