Wisdom- Is it heard and recieved?

In a world that is dying and people who cry I have "Wisdom"  who really does? scripture say "My people perish for the lack of knowledge"  Proverbs8:1-4 states "Does not wisdom cry out, and undstanding lift up her voice? She takes her stand on the top of the high hill, beside the way where the paths meet. She cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city at th entrance of the doors:To you, O men, I call, and my voice is to the sons of men." What keeps us from wisdom as Saints, maybe we're not listening or soming on our mind got us distracted. Not giving God His due. Wisdom is not attained by our work, it is heard and received.
