GUIDED MEDITATION OF THE MOTHERS

Tonight, we are going to take a trip with Our Ancient Ancestral Mothers, The Wise Women.

You will need collect items for libation as well as for the Guided Medation to The Mothers. You might want to light your favorite fragrant candle to enhance the ambiance of meditation; and or, burn incense, sage or sweet grass.  Lemon balm steeped in hot water is also good. You have the option of using all of these items or none or some of these items.  Whatever is your pleasure?

You will have one or two minutes to collect these items.  While doing so, I will grace us with music.
