It is completely understandable when individuals have the mindset of "calories in versus calories out." It seems like a pretty simple mathematical equation, right? On the surface, it would appear as if we just need to burn more calories in order to achieve the body transformation goals we desire. But what do individuals find when they have this mindset? Well, they quickly realize that despite all of the time they spend working out and all of the calories that they are burning, they are still not achieving the body transformation results they desire. What is going on here? Why is working out more and burning more calories not producing more results?
