It can be very common for individuals to approach their workouts in a different manner from how they approach their nutrition. For example, during the 9Round workout, there are numerous exercises that individuals may find very challenging. For example, Burpees, mountain climbers, jump squat, jump rope, speed bag, etc. And, there may often be "grumblings" about such exercises. For example, I hear individuals say, "I cannot stand Burpees!" But, does this stop the individuals from doing them? The answer is… Absolutely not. No matter how much an individual may not enjoy a certain exercise and/or may not quite yet be adept at that exercise, they don't run from the exercise. They don't look for a shortcut. They don't look for a substitution. Rather, they "stare fear in the face" and go right at it. These individuals continue to do these exercises, why? Because they know, despite how much they may not enjoy doing them, that in the end, it will all be well worth it. And what a phenomenal mindset this is, right?
