Networking - What is networking and Relationships?

You know I see and hear a lot of people talking about networking.  I am also pretty sure that there are a number of people who think that they are networking. However I am also pretty sure that many of the people that call themselves networkers are not.

Ladies and gentlemen Networking – Is about one Working and two Relationships.

Most people are just sharing information you are NOT building or developing a relationship you are not even developing a professional relationship.  Jumping around without real point other than to party is not reality networking and it is not productive networking at all.

If a person sends you a message/flyer/notification/anything good, not so good, or even bad you should reply to them.  This will at less be that start of some type of two way communication.  Yes, to communicate you have to have a minimum of two people communicating for it to be communications. Many people send out stuff on different forms/types/tools of communication and never reply at all.  Then you the person and did not reply have the nerve to send that person that shared something with you a message asking or notifying them of something expecting a reply.

Any way I know that many that should listen to this show.  However after you that do listen hear it forward it them the people who you know who should have listened.
