Great Leaders Are Great Followers. Poor Leaders Are Poor Followers.

In order to be a great leader you need to be a good follower.  Those who cannot follow really cannot lead others to real success.  Success is a found in many areas of life that ability to follow is one of those many areas.  In today’s show we will touch on a few of those areas.  We will also look at some areas that many of us over look in our day to day lives.

This thing that we call life is a journey it is not a race.  Crossing the many finish lines are just part of the requirements to complete that many legs of the journey.  The sad thing is that most people are only looking at winning the smaller parts and miss the bigger picture of staying in the overall race of life to the end of the journey.  That is the real goal that is the real challenge.

Remember that most unpredictable thing is life is you. Time to change that in a positive way you have to make some changes.

Your dreams and your real down to earth hopes will depend on just one thing that thing is you.
