Life Is Better When Everyone Is Valued

Everyone is valuable however many people do not see the value in themselves or in others.  This has been happening since the beginning of time and will more than likely not change very much in the near future.  The sad part is that this needs to change now.  Many people and companies say that people are what makes the world go around and that people are their greatest assist.

 Yet many devalue themselves and their staff in ways that very easily seen.  People down plan their roles and sometimes have very little of anything positive to say about themselves and or others.  Companies rate their staff and supervisors member on a distributional curve.  Most of us plan to fail as part of the plan.  This failure to vale people is one of the main reasons that most of us fail.

Remember what we appreciate, Appreciates.  What we depreciate, Depreciates.  

God has never given me a task I can complete by myself.  I have always had help.
