"Torches, pitchers and trumpets against swords?????"

These are the weapons that Gideon went to battle with against the great host of Midianites.  Along with these, God gave him a battle cry:  "The Sword of the Lord AND OF GIDEON".  Do you see 'two' swords at work?  God never intended you to fight life's battles by yourself.  When you take up the fight, He DOES TOO!!!!  And the outcome????  "Now thanks be unto God Who ALWAYS causes us to triumph in Christ!"  I wouldn't trade Jesus for anything!!!
