Mr Mwitumwa Edwin Mununga is an accountant by qualification, and he's a Accountand and Financial Management Specialist. He joins to discuss numerous questions that have been raised to revamp the nation's economy and unemployment: what must do to create employment as a diaspora and as Zambians? The cost of borrowing just doesn't make sense and makes a mockery of entrepreneurship by Zambians such a big joke, can we break the borrowing barrier? Can we embark on a mission to change the mindset of young zambians to think business not "job"? The path to poverty reduction is not job creation but entrepreneurship by indigenous Zambians.
