Kalumba Musambachime- Diaspora Support Initiative

Kalumba Musambachime is the Business Development Partner for Diaspora Support Initiative (DSI) covering the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Kalumba is currently based in the UK where he has plied his professional trade across some of UK’s top real estate organisations including Grainger Plc, the UK's largest listed residential landlord and Galliard Residential Limited, part of the Galliard Homes Group, one of London's leading residential property developers. Specialising primarily in the area of portfolio and property asset management. Kalumba will serve as the primary point call in Europe and the USA, providing information about DSi services in Zambia to our potential clients. He will also provide a diaspora-based customer support to the existing clients ensuring that they have information and updates as required.

Kalumba is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and also a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), Kalumba’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy from the Copperbelt University (CBU) (Zambia), a Masters of Science in Property Studies  from The University of Cape Town (UCT) (South Africa), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management (CEM) (UK).
