In addition to being a Reading Coach, she is also an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina. Through the non-profit, she invites teachers to accompany her to Zambia to provide continued professional development to teachers during the months of June and July. It is her desire to be a part of the continued improvement of effective educational practices implemented in classrooms in Zambia.  As a young child, she always wanted to be a teacher and knew that her calling was to minister to others through education. Born and raised in Lusaka Zambia, Ms. Sibande travels home frequently to provide professional development to teachers in private and public schools.
