Mr. John Sangwa is an advocate for the high court of Zambia and a lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Zambia. He is active in constitutional issues and interested in ways the rule of law can promote democracy and development. Mr Sangwa is a senior partner at Simeza, Sangwa & Associates and the vice chairman of Legal Resources Foundation (LRF).

Mr Sangwa joins us on Perspectives to review and analyse governance, rule of law and constitution adherence to governance in Zambia. He will further discuss; the Public order act, presidential candidates health before taking office, procedure of lifting former president's immunity, ongoin numerous by elections, alledged tax evasions/avoidance by foreign corporations, delayed appointment of Chief Justice, suspension of high court justices etc.
