Mr Sebastian Kapalu- Director, Graypages Financial Services

Mr Sebastian Kapalu is the founder and Executive Director of Graypages Financial Services Ltd (GFS), one of the fastest growing micro-finance institutions in Zambia. GFS provides micro-credit and investment deposit services to individuals, small and micro enterprises. The company has worked on improving processes for service delivery, and this has helped in establishing benchmarks in operational efficiencies, cost management and customer support.

Supported by leading Banks and direct investment deposits, Graypages has demonstrated its ability to raise funds and leverage different capital structures. GFS operations are currently focused on the Copperbelt province with a branch network of three towns namely Kitwe, Chingola and Ndola.

Mr Kapalu has over 20 years work experience in various industries at senior management levels in Zambia and the UK. He is also a part-time post graduate lecturer of strategic management and marketing. He joins us this Saturday on Perspectives to discuss the business and investment opportunities GFS can offer to the Diaspora community.
