The Zambian investment climate has experienced a significant amount of activity over the last several years. The greatest amount of activity has been in the mining sector with foreign owned Zambian mines producing a large part of the copper finding itself of the global market. However, many critical voices have stated that Zambia is not benefiting from it’s own resources and have made calls for major changes in governments policy towards investment. One such voice is Robert Sichinga Snr, a consultant based in Zambia. At the same time Robert Sichinga Jnr, his son, has been actively promoting the viability of Zambia’s investment climate.
