The Real Estate and construction industries cannot thrive without the other, whether its residential or high rise buildings. The last two weeks we featured Mr Barnaby Mulenga, Commissioner of Lands and Mr.Elias Mpondela the Chief Executive Officer of the National Housing Authority, and both reiterated the same message; there is no more land in LUSAKA and all of you in the Diaspora whatever you're doing, the time to act is NOW. Both discussions were highly informative and educative not only for the Diaspora community but to everyone who listened.
