Former Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Director Danny Kalale has doubted the authenticity of the 2011 elections under the leadership of Justice Florence Mumba. He claims among other things irregularities in awarding of contracts at the commission, which has led to work stoppage and protests from staff demanding reinstatement of Mr Kalale.
