“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read or write, but those who cannot continually learn, unlearn and relearn.” Alvin Toffler, Future Shock

Rob Hambleton is the guest this month.

As we all know, these days change is continuous.  However, most people – especially those of us older than 30 – can find the pace of change challenging.  Many think the ability to change, adapt and transform deteriorates with age leading us to believe the old adage:  “You can’t teach old dogs new tricks.”  Many of us have discovered that this doesn’t have to be true.

Continuous Transformation refers to having a fluid ability to intentionally choose which belief systems and bodies of knowledge you want to hold on to and which you want to let go of, or upgrade.  When it comes to upgrading, or changing, there is a very specific process you need to understand and employ to make the change stick.

Learning this process is essential to surviving and thriving in the increasingly volatile and opportunity filled future we find ourselves confronting.

Join us for this program and walk away with:

• Increased understanding of why change is difficult for some.

• How to approach the decision of how, when and why to make a change.

• An understanding of where the emotional resistance to change comes from and what to do about
