Rich is a Professional Speaker, Author & Presentations coach based in Denver, CO. He's consistently rated in the Top 100 speakers worldwide in Toastmasters International, and writes the highly regarded speaking blog "Speak & Deliver". Along with his speaking and coaching, Rich is an active and devoted husband, and father of six children, ranging in age from 4 to 15. 

Born with a congenital genetic defect affecting his left leg, he grew up walking funny and, as a result, wound up thinking funny - that no matter what your circumstances in life, you can Win Anyway.

In 2006, he faced a huge decision in the middle of one of the biggest events in his career, his run to the 2006 World Championship of Public Speaking.
