It is no question that we live in a “Digital Age.” Smart phones, tablets, pods and pads, lap tops, Play Stations, Nintendos and Wiis. Back in the day we were lucky to have color T.V. Today we have more luxuries and material things but are lonelier and more disconnected than ever. We are also more physically and mentally health plagued as well. ADHD and ADD among adults and children is steadily on the rise.
