All April long The Healing Place has been asking "Are You Aware?"- and we have been committed to spreading enlightenment to our listeners. Join us at here at The Healing Place with host Nikhol B. Sex trafficking is a 9.5 billion dollar industry and 300,00 children are at risk of being forced into the lifestyle. The average age of entry into prostitution for a child victim in the United States is 13-14 years old.

Ms. DeJarnett recently graduated with her Master's in Non-Profit Management where she developed the HavenATL Program for the Salvation Army in Atlanta. HavenATL is a program for women and girls experiencing commercial sexual exploitation that are looking for a way out.
