The Healing Place

There is an epidemic that is happening all around this country. Are you aware of the large number of children who experience abuse? We have seen several infant deaths in the Metropolitan Atlanta area in the past two months. Child abuse is always a difficult topic to address. But this is National Child Abuse Awareness month. According towww.statisticsbrain.com, approximately 681, 000 children are abused annually. Even more astounding are the number of children who are placed in preventative services each year- 3,300,000. Every day 4 children die (80% are under the age of 4) each day. These numbers are unacceptable. We will take a stand to help inform people about this reprehensible behavior. The Healing Place will discuss the legal, and emotional ramification of such actions.
