Today, we will discuss,it's never to let to dream big! Join us with our guest Ramone Smith ,an Adjunct College Professor at Boricua College, a Self-Improvement author and IPEC trained Life Coach.  He has more than ten years of experience teaching on the college and GED/Adult Basic Educational level.  He also has more than seven years experience as a job/career coach as well as an account manager.  His first published book, African American Health Self Esteem, is designed to identify why low-self esteem occurs in the African-American and other minority communities, to provide tools for inspiration to raise self-esteem levels, and pursue the objective of actualizing one's intellectual gifts and aptitudes.  
 
Also joining us David O'Brien David’s Organizational Development consulting career spans 25 years and includes key leadership roles within a variety of industries. In his current role, David is responsible for providing Leadership and Team Effectiveness training and consulting services to corporate and non-profit organizations throughout the United States. He is a frequent keynote speaker on the topic of leadership excellence and is a guest lecturer in the Executive MBA programs at several universities. His 1st book, The Navigator’s Handbook, 101 Leadership Lessons for Work & Life is a practical guide for unlocking the leadership potential that exists in every person.
