Tonight our show is on the subject of the events in Baltimore and the connection with the Slave Codes. The main idea here is to formulate a reason why the torture and murder of African Kidnapped Citizens born here for hundreds of years, while in a state  of captivity. These words taken form the AMERICAN SLAVE CODE IN THEORY AND PRACTICE: IT’S DISTINCTIVE FEATURES SHOWN BY ITS STATUTES, JUDICIAL DECISIONS, AND ILLUSTRATIVE FACTS. by William Goodell . “ Under no other legal sanction than this, the forcible and fraudulent seizure and transportation of slaves from Africa to the British-American Colonies was carried on till the West India and North American Colonies were stocked with slaves, and many were introduced into England, held as slaves there,  and the tenure accounted legal!” So now here we are from 1562 to 1772 and some British Lord named Mansfield, in the case of James Somerset, made a decision and that was to declare “that the whole process and tenure were illegal; that there was not, and never had been, any legal slavery in England."So if this is true the whole CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS GEARED TO KEEP AND MAKE US SLAVES OF THE STATE, OF THE GOVERNMENT. The Judicial System in America is supposed to be based on the COMMON LAW OF ENGLAND,  and in 17 72  Lord Mansfield made a statement to the facts of Slavery being ILLEGAL then any thing they have done to us in the name of their “Legal System” is Illegal. There is no such thing as Justifiable Homicide because the law is being broken, even the word Homicide meaning murder is never Justifiable!
