Tonight we will continue with OF THE RULING OF MEN, in W.E.B.Dubois's DARKWATER. As I said last night DuBois was the only African American invited to the Pan African Congress. Mostly because his views were very much focused on, not just Black Men but on BLACK WOMEN AND CHILDREN as well.  Going forward this is some of what he says.  "There still remains, however, the problem of the Majority.  What is the cause of the undoubted reaction and alar that the citizens of democracy continually feel?  It is, I am sure the failure to feel the full significance of the change of the rule from a privileged minority to that of an omnipotent majority.
