Listen Up Newly Unemployed or Long Term Unemployed

The job you want or the job you need is within reach. If you are newly unemployed chances are you haven't been beat down yet, and this is a good place to start today, now. If you are long term unemployed, chances are you have been beat down and you likely are not longer seeking employment. You've deicded you have enough applications out there for someone to contact you without your seeking another day in your life. Well you are wrong and I'm excited you have decided to give me a chance to help you get hired. Job search is a job. That said, the skills to bring to the job is what dictates how short or how long job search will be. You must do things systematically, continually in an organized and deliberate manner. You write out a job search plan and you follow the plan. You make changes as you see the need. If you are not reaping rewards to make changes. For instance. You fill out applications. If no response, work on a better application process. If your application is reaping you calls but not interviews you know you need to work on your conversation content or tone to employers.
