Welcome veterans and friends and family of veterans. Here at The Work for Life Show we will spend 4 weeks helping veterans prepare to get hired. To you who are a veteran of the United States Military these shows are our way of thanking you for your services to this country. We all know you are a well trained experienced individual. This we don't take for granted. You have served your country, following rules, regulations, orders, which in civilian life, many individuals would never have chosen to do under any circumstances. You worked for the most part in another country, away from friends and loved one.

Now you are back state side, home for good. You arrive back home with those you love. It begins to get a little scary. You realize you are not longer bringing home the bacon. You need a job. As soon as possible you need a paycheck.

Either you worked before joining the military, or your first employment was the military. Now you are seeking a job back into the field you worked before the military; or you are seeking employment that lines up with your militiary job; or you will need training to enter a new job. The shock you have experienced is that you never dreamed it would be as difficult as it has been. Here at the work for life show you can get the help you need to get the job you need or the job you want. We have a series of job readiness workshops and we want you to not miss even one show. Over the next 4 weeks we will share information to get you hired.
