Start a decoration business.  Decorate for home and office parties. Two great markets. You may have to sell this idea to some. The good thing here is this business will not cost much to start.  Partner with someone who bring something different to the table. Maybe money. You must know your market. A good plan should have you doing repeat business by Christmas. It is not to early to start Christmas scheduling now. The early bird gets the worm.  Targeted first toward people who can afford it. Then toward the elderly or disabled.
