$ Budget and Prosper?

Living within a budget is a goal. The money available has to match the budget in place. If the budget set forth by a family falls short of the funds available to meet budget amounts, a solution is needed.  The perfect budget should 1.  cover cost of living expenses.  2.  allow for families to economically rise to a better lifestyle.  When these two things are not included in the budget, families stagnates financially. Financial stagnation leads to deficits in finances, health, emotions, dreams, intentions, etc.
