Music to sooth the soul, and brings happiness to the heart and, comfort to the mind. It will be a time to forget about your cares of this life, and brings relaxation to the whole man/woman by doing so, we would have addressed the need of both Body soul and spirit.  When the evil spirit came upon Saul, David would play the harp for him, and it calmed him down.  Music will put you in a better frame of mind, and takes you away from stress and Depressive situations even for a while
