Building A Global Organization Part 1

This discussion will present a framework for understanding how to build a diverse organization. Culture differences are evident in this design because people are reflective of their environmental norms, experiences, and practices. The success of this endeavor will depend on the leader’s ability to understand the cultural influences that have shaped the attitudes and expectations of employees, societies, and countries selected for this undertaking. The servant leadership model will be used to navigate this process.
