 After years of researching happiness, Dr. Reneé Carr (formerly Dr. Renee' B. Harding) uniquely identified the main factors associated with happiness as well as how to increase happiness. By combining her research, education, and clinical experience, Dr. Reneé has been helpful to many. She has provided counseling and consulting services to various types of individuals and organizations including engaged and married couples, federal government and private sector businesses, persons with chronic mental illness, church groups, male and female adults with a history of sexual- or combat-related trauma, parents and families, the United States Army Reserve, college students, individuals who abuse substances, start-up businesses, weight loss groups, adolescents with severe emotional disorders, Maryland law enforcement agencies, and persons wanting a career or life change. Dr. Harding founded Harding Consulting with a vision to significantly improve the lives of many more people. Her passion to help others is fueled by her motto, “You’re given only one life – live your happiest!”

Dr. Reneé has earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Master's degree in Quantitative and Applied Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts.
