Walking In Silence for the Silenced, DVSW

 

Women of Concern Professionals & Strategic Conscious Networking (WOCPSCN) have embraced the critical issue of domestic violence due to its economic and health affects upon our communities.  Our intent is to bring attention to this critical issue with our initial “Walking in Silence for the Silenced:  Domestic Violence Solidarity Walk.”  This Walk of Silence is to unsilence the hidden shame of this world epidemic crisis.

 

The Walk will enable all to participate as we request Solidarity Walks globally on November 2, 2013 at 7:00 am.  From groups of two to 2,000, Solidarity Walks can take place in a backyard, a walk around the block or Walk with UCLA. 

 

 

Our WOCPSCN Host is Ronni Savage, Board President and Southern California Regional President.  Ronni will provide us with a stimulating conversation regarding the UCLA Domestic Violence Solidarity Walk
