June is national men's health month, so you know what to do. But will you do it?Better hurry, the month is already half over. Jim and Rick are pretty damn healthy specimens, if they do say so themselves. They would say:
Key to long term health is consistency! Identify the habits keeping you from your goals. (Food, mindset, exercise) Take on new small habits(food, exercise meditation) Remember it's a marathon not a sprint. Move your body every day. Any good movements will help. (Walking, push-ups, sit ups, squats, yoga) no need for gyms or major time commitments for basic health. Cheat every now and then is a healthy way. Have clear goals and enjoy the journey...
