For the past 20 years, Charlie Remington, a Nutritionist, Herbalist and Healing Minister, has helped change the way thousand of clients' approach losing weight and managing overall health, with his NEW Fat Loss Coach Program-"Becoming A Winner At Losing."

It is said of man that God knows the course and destiny of his life before he is formed in his mother’s womb. Charles was born at 15 pounds, 11 ounces. He often laughs at speaking engagements when someone from the audience asks, “Have you ever had a weight problem?” It always shocks them when I reply, “From birth.”

He didn’t always know his life would be used to help others master the process of losing weight and keeping it off.

In his search to repair his body, which had been hampered with injuries, he discovered a nutritional breakthrough. This discovery, would transform his body into a champion bodybuilder; but more importantly, it could be customized to change anyone’s body.

As a nutritionist, fitness expert, and two-time Mr. Connecticut, he quickly developed a reputation for knowing what to do to create a lean, fit body, and proved repeatedly that he could do the same for others.  Unlike generic diets and weight-loss programs, his concept was individually designed to meet the specific requirements of each person.

Charles understood there needed to be a nutritional, emotional, and spiritual change in order for total healing to occur. Thus, Becoming a Winner at Losing was born.

Becoming a Winner at Losing is a unique holistic wellness program that combines scientifically sound eating and lifestyle routines that will ignite your metabolism and redirect your spirit, producing dramatic weight loss and improves overall health and contributes to emotional and spiritual well-being.
