He has worked as a bench jeweler for over 30 years and has won over a dozen jewelry design awards. He has worked in retail stores and trade shops, specializing in difficult repairs, fine stonesetting, and custom designed jewelry. As a shop manager he has compiled outstanding accomplishments including; producing 20% to 32% pretax profits from the shop and increased total output of the shop over 200% during a six year period. Brad was the ninth in the nation to earn the coveted JA Certified Master Bench Jeweler and was the first in the nation to earn both the JA Certified Master Bench Jeweler, and JA Certified Management Professional. Brad has earned the prestigious Distinguish Toastmaster Award from Toastmasters International and has won several public speaking awards. He is a master storyteller, making each seminar enjoyable to hear as well as being informative. Brad is founder and president of Bench Media, LLC.
