Chef Harris is the first chef to open and run the only program in the nation that offers culinary classes to WIC (Women, Infant and Children) participants. The focus of the program is to teach clients how to choose healthier options as well as how to cook these alternatives. International cuisine is a staple that is introduced on a monthly basis.
