As a 4th generation business owner, Marcella Mollon-Williams has a passion for entrepreneurship and educating individuals with the knowledge to create a legacy of financial security from one generation to the next. She has over ten years of accounting experience, but her desire to assist Americans in aligning their money decisions with what’s important in their life led her to the financial services industry 6 years ago. Marcella is a financial strategist, licensed insurance professional and the co-owner alongside her brother Mark of LBG Financial Services, a family owned, independent financial services firm specializing in wealth preservation, asset protection, retirement planning, tax diversification strategies and legacy planning. Marcella launched a series of workshops called “Women, Money and Power”, which express her desire to reach women with her message of financial empowerment. This series has made her a sought after speaker. She has been a featured speaker at the African American Empowerment Conference along with such speakers as Bob Yates and Dr. Randal Pinkett, of the Apprentice, the EPNET Bold, Brave and Beautiful Women Only Conference and has made a guest appearance on the Financial Empowerment Show. Marcella graduated cum laude from Bowie State University with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. She was raised in, and currently resides in Prince George’s County, MD with her husband of 13 years, Ron A. Williams and their two children.
