Carlotta serves as Managing Director of Business Development for Black Knight Asset Management. She is one of the founding partners of the firm and brings nearly 3 decades of investment experience to include asset management and investment banking. In addition to Business Development Carlotta serves as Chief Operating Officer responsible for firm-wide personnel matters. Carlotta, received her MBA from Regis University. In 2008, Carlotta was appointed by the City's Mayor as Trustee to the Employees’ & Elected Officials Retirement System of the City of Baltimore. This is a 7 person oversight board with more than $1 billion in it's retirement system.


Charly McCracken is the CEO for Motivational Pearls Enterprises, LLC, a personal and business development consulting organization. She is also the Executive Director of The Decorum Group, Inc., an etiquette and enrichment training organization designed to address the social development needs of children ages 6 – 19 and Ms. McCracken, is the President of Atlanta Women Connect, a strategic alliance membership organization that practices the principle of co-operative economics providing business leads, information, tools and resources to assist these businesses thrive despite the economy. Extremly talented Ms. McCracken is the author of the top selling book of Pathway to Success.
