Since last year we have focused on developing America’s most effective means of re
powering America and empowering the most vulnerable among us- the ones that have
least contributed to global warming but will be the most adversely impacted by it. A

Our region is focused on Green” contract opportunities in the green economy to qualified
and Certified Minority Green Business (CMGB) poor and underserved communities of
