The Green Divide is a impact  for women of color , ex offenders , young adults ages 18 to 28 years old, veterans  and the  underserved. The  plight have been addressed in the green economy but is not  seamless a pipeline to public, private, industry  to educate and create  Social Economic Equality Now. Green collar jobs has been the focus of the environmental movement, direct community investment has been the cry of the Environmental Justice movement, economic and social equity .
