I just returned from 10 days of meetings in New York with several investment banks, private investors and broker dealers. They have alot of cash available and are looking for good deals. Problem is there are just too few good deals out there and they are hunger for the right deal. Pulic companies with liquidity are at the top of their list. Followed by private deals generating revenue, profits, strong management & good business model. No start ups or pre-revenue.
