Explore the transformational qualities of birds, winged goddesses and the elements of air through the modalities of breath, sound/chanting, movement, visualization and hands on art. Guided through breath and body exercises, you will become aware of internal blocks that may need to be released for inner potential to surface and feel the freedom of the winged bird. After a releasing ritual you will experience a worldwide visual journey to meet your bird spirits and goddesses to assist in your regenerative process. After meeting your winged guides, you will create your own spirit wings.
