Gary is known as the People Mechanic. A licensed trainer of Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, Extended DISC assessor, and a member of the International Network of Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. He has also been certified in Quantum Linguistics, Time Line Therapy, Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Language Mastery Trainer, and Certified Outcomes Facilitator. Gary has trained GLOBALLY
His  programs  are meant to help people develop blueprints of accomplishment, engagement and value driven purpose.

He is an advocate for Humanistic Business . He founded Life Design International School for Coaching in Santa Fe New Mexico. Owned  Life Design International Consulting in San Diego Ca.  and is a member of the Australian College of Leadership  Coaching and  the Institute of Mind and Behavioural Sciences.

Success comes from understanding the functional dynamics of personality and it’s translation to emotion and behavior. His vision is to further this application into teams so greater understanding and productivity creates a culture of cooperation where people thrive and desire to belong.He is a trainer of trainers in awakening and actualizing the human potential.
