You don’t need to dive into quantum physics to see how your thoughts affect reality. At the very least, it should be obvious that you are capable of interacting with the world through direct action. If you make a decision to do something and then do it, your thoughts are affecting reality through your actions.

It’s your beliefs that get you going to work each day. And when you do that, you have an impact on the world, again through your actions. You perform only certain work, and you choose to act upon your tasks. Your beliefs about reality will be reflected through your actions, often in extremely subtle ways.

Our personal beliefs play a huge role in how we view our own life. Your estimation of your successes and failures will depend entirely on the framework of your personal beliefs. Our beliefs provide a structured process through which we evaluate everything in our lives.

We develop our personal beliefs about reality based on how we interpret the world around us according to our observations and experiences. There are two major components or aspects that contribute to your personal beliefs, an emotional component and a logical component.
